1.Brief description

JC-2000E moving die rheometer is an instrument for the control of rubber quality in rubber processing industry.It is widely used for quick inspection and basic research of rubber,providing accurate data for the optimized fomula of rubber and capable of finding out the accurate coking time,optimum cure point,vure index,max.and min,torques and other parameters.JC-2000E adopts computer control.With parameters pre-set in the computer,the test parameters will be put under direct control.The instrument can have real-time display of the cure curve and temperature curve,save the test results,and can arrange for comparison of different test results and display the results in different colors.

JC-2000E adopts high-precision sealed-mould,of which,the closed is precision is accurater than any other types in common,the experiment data is accurater as well as American machine has already arrived on the top location in the world.

JC-2000E moving die rheometer uses great intergrated circuit and software,the temperature control avoid some disadvantage becsuse it contorols by software immediacy,in proper time,computer has some operation to deal with data such as statistics,analy-sis,saving and comparing etc.all the design of it is convenient.
