JC-4001 V-belt Fatigue Test machine

1.Characteristics and usage:

This test machine complies with the requirements of the newly issued standards GB/T1171,GB/T15328 and JISK6323.After the V-belt has been installed on the two wheels of the test machine and tension has been impose don the belt,the machine shall be put into no-torsion running at some specific speed.Then,measure the change of center distance and the time required for the break of belt24 hours later.Two V-belts may be put into the test each time.The machine may also be used as length measuring machine as well as for other similar fatigue tests and length measuring.It has digital display for running speed;and the test will stop when the two V-belts have all be broken.The time for the break of each belt will be retained.This machine is marked for its convenient operation,novel design,low noise level and high reliability.
